Lake Osborne Fishing with Captain Dave Lauer

Lake Osborne Fishing with Captain Dave Lauer

Hey this is Captain Dave Lauer reporting in, today’s Sunday, July 27th and we were on Lake Osborne today with Leon Doty and was 16-year-old daughter Elizabeth out of Guten Township, New Jersey.

Today the weather was hot and sunny with hardly a cloud, we did even have a breezy until after 9:30am and we were on Lake Osborne in Lake Worth Florida. And as hot as the weather was, so was the Peacock bass fishing. We boated over 30 peacocks, most of them in the 2 to 2 and a half pound range. We had several over 3 and 1 over 4 pounds and we got broke off three times. And I’m sure they were they were good fish because they were torquing the line when they got broke off.

That’s my report today, Lake Osborne is becoming an awesome Peacock bass experience!

That’s it from Capt Dave…we will talk with you later.
