Today, I had the pleasure to get back out on Lake Ida with Peter and his son Collin. Lake Ida is healthy and has been fishing really well this season.

Fishing some great water, we found fish in my own little spot on the lake. Collin caught the biggest peacock bass weighing 5 pounds.

We truly had a great day out on the water. It was so nice to watch a father and son bond the way I think all should.

I am looking forward to their return next year.

This is Captain Mike Groshon creating memories, one fish at a time.
